Beer for all…

Sitting at the Left Field Brewery bar with Mike Tempest, the brewery’s tap room manager, I asked him what he thought a “craft beer lifestyle” might be. “There isn’t,” he responded. “There should be a beer for everyone – it is for everyone.”

Opening in February of 2015, the brewery itself was another step in the advent of Left Field Brewery’s march towards establishing itself as a brewery to watch. It would also be about self-improvement through the exploration of one’s tastes and aesthetics.”

Collaborative…

The picnic table separates the production area from the taproom. Sitting there, stacked barrels played the backdrop for Tomas Madsen, a brewer at Henderson Brewing Company. “There’s no secrets; it’s collaborative,” he told me, when asked to define ‘craft beer lifestyle.’

“The community is very friendly and welcoming: it’s inclusive.”
